China Steel Association expressed that in the next few months, the price of steel would not go down and it would keep on rising next year.

　　In the past week, the price of building material in Huadong market went down but the turnover reduced, especially in Shanghai market and Beijing, Tianjin were also in the dark clouds of falling price.

　　The vice-secretary of China Steel Association and president of Metallurgy Price Association thought that the low price was still in the normal float and he said, “according to the data we collect, at present, the steel price doesn’t drop a lot. The price of steel including the building steel cannot go back to the next year. Because of the shortage of coal, electricity, oil and transportation, the price of steel is so high.”
